Elevator graphic buggy in Vault15 #79

On the surface level it's fine. When going up though you can see the graphical glitch.

Also happens in brotherhood of steel. The one thing that I noticed is that it's not just a glitchy graphic. The game doesn't recognize in that save that I'm on floor 1. In that save in RE if I step on the elevator and hit 1, it plays the graphic of the elevator moving, but I'm not moving anywhere since I'm already on floor 1.
