Horrigan dialogue incorrectly triggered #86

If you ally yourself with sergeant Granite, his soldiers enter Horrigan's room and the Horrigan dialogue is triggered as if I entered the room.

I didn't even notice since I almost always play with sneak turned on, but Horrigan's detection is a lot longer than in vanilla. Which seems to be the reason for this behavior. So sergeant Granite is probably just tangential to this. I could trigger Horrigan even without allying myself with Granite as long as sneak is turned off.
