Hope you don't mind me submitting some extra info to the docs, after I spent a few hours head-scratching over the authentication features. I was on the point of submitting a PR with a 'bug fix' when I spotted that the behaviour is actually as intended by @papci in #35 as described in the comments to #33. So instead thought it might save some future user a bit of confusion if I just fleshed it out in the README.
Also, the main Elmah home page has moved so I updated the URL there too, hope that's OK.
