Fixed bower dependency #34

this was causing problems being nested in too deep.

Error: File to import not found or unreadable: ../bower_components/hmps-animate-scss/animate.scss.

actually i take that back. that's because i was installing via bower (which also seems to not be supported anymore.) Closing for now.
