Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Overleaf is a popular online LaTeX compiler with a friendly UI and built-in features like Zotero and Mendeley importing, Github integration, and live collaboration. Right now, most users use Overleaf.com, but some may be self-hosting it. Introducing a Home Assistant add-on for Overleaf would make self-hosting it more accessible, reducing dependence on the Overleaf website.

Describe the solution you'd like

I have no experience with Overleaf private hosting, but ideally a server hosted via a Home Assistant add-on should operate in a federated style to allow for live collaboration to still work even when other users are using Overleaf.com
