Use logging module instead of 'print' method #237

The title says it all. the logging module is greatly configurable, and you can set that config for logging from the config.py. It also has a reasonable default config.

I like the idea, but it will take some time to test.

@alexbers I'm using this in production for a while now and everything looks good.
