Always getting:

Sorry, an error has occurred during your request. Please try again later.

How to fix that?

Try it on another account. The account must have been created before. Most do not respond with virtual numbers.

Thanks for the hint. It worked on one account and not the other. Weird. Both are accounts don't really have anything weird to them.
