It didn't work well on NAT vps such as google cloud（GCP） #267

HI, When you deploy it on Google Cloud（GCP）, after a period of time, your telegram can only receive text message but cannot view pictures and videos. But it works fine on other type VPS.

I have the same problem possibly. How did you resolve it ?
