< symbol html translated to &lt; #249

I think it more useful avoid the html convertion from '<' to < for example, & lt;properties& gt; & lt;fmw.home>C:\Oracle\Middleware</fmw.home& gt;

it doesn't seem good ...

Sorry @eskuai, I overlooked this. Can you provide a bit more information?

A lot of time, using "copy & paste" from notepad or similar (windows) to paste some xml code, i dont know why sometimes the text is "converted" to html code "& lt;" or sometime is pasted ok, it is showed like "<" not "& lgt;" ..

I sort of forgot about this, and I don't really understand what this is about anymore. If this is still an issue, please feel free to re-open the issue and add a bit more info ;)
