Compatibility with Redmine 5.0 #408

Addresses #401 This PR was tested with Redmine 5.0.5 & Redmine 4.2.10 There's no migrations, so if someone decide to test it by himself and something goes wrong, simply revert to current branch and give me feedback.

I guess polyglot gem is a bit old (it didn't updated since May 2014). It seems incompatible with zeitwerk module loading. What Redmine plugin in your setup uses this gem?
