Create French translation of the plug-in #44

Create French translation of the plug-in. The following types of content need to be translated:

UI strings (labels, messages, buttons etc.);
The default lookup data that is installed with the plug-in;
help content.

Possibly also publish a guide of sorts about how could one contribute with other translations.

Additional notes:

the update process needs to also include adding the translated lookup for French; this would be a best-effort only since, if the user has altered any of the default labels (which are used for finding which existing lookup data item a translation belongs to), the translation for that item will not be saved;
the base lookup data table needs an index on lookup category.

A bit of an update here: I've enlisted the help of a professional translator. Hope the help manual will be translated to French in 2-3 days' time and have a ready-to-market version available in 3-4 days' time.
