Don't issue hard denials when removing lookup data items with existing associations #67

When removing a lookup data item that has associated posts, the plug-in issues a hard denial of the operation. It does not even display the actual associations. However, despite those associations, one might want to go on removing the lookup data item, along with severing those associations.

Describe the solution you'd like

In lieu of the hard denial, warn that there are dependent items and ask whether to stop or continue with severing the dependencies as well.
