Improved usability in the WP-Trip-Summary Editor when removing track info and track data #69

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the WP-Trip-Summary admin editor the Clear Track button is available when the Map tab is selected and Clear Info button is available when the Info tab is selected. However, the Save button is available all the time. Besides the inconsistency, this is somewhat inconvenient: one first needs to navigate to a tab to accomplish an action that might easily be accomplished without the extra effort.

Describe the solution you'd like So these actions need to be grouped so that they are available regardless of the selected tab. As a proposal, this could be the same Quick Actions control being used in the WP-Trip-Summary metabox launcher.
