Add option to set the WP-Trip-Summary front-end viewer map height #70

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. One might one to set a larger map height than the standard one.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to set a custom map height, in the WP-Trip-Summary settings page. The current map height should act as a minimum, to accommodate the current set of map controls.

Note - this should be tested for all built-in theme styles that we currently support.
