Route details and route track tables both have audit info, albeit of the summary kind: date created, date last updated, last modified by user.

We should - and it would be useful to do so - make room for these things:

metabox with audit summary in post editor page;
audit summary link in the post listing page, which shows the audit summary itself in an overlay;
make both appearances activateable via a plug-in setting.
