Critical - Remove IP Addresses #251

Please remove the following addresses from NameBench, they must not be used for 
your project.

192.206.119.8 
192.136.16.8

These IP addresses have been receiving a ton of traffic, which I believe is due 
to this project.  The IP addresses are owned by Kimberly-Clark Corporation and 
I'm not exactly sure how they were included with the namebench project or by 
who.  I'm requesting these to be removed immediately.  I appreciate any urgency 
you can put behind this request.
