False validation errors related to mc:AlternateContent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Validate for example the output of the attached file. (generated by 
Libreoffice)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should not complain about: " Element 'comment' cannot have character 
[children], because the type's content type is element-only."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current svn
