If context node is an attribute, location reported is the attribute's value #3

With a document such as

<foo bar='blort'/>

and schema rule

<rule context='@bar'>
  <report test='.'/>
</rule>

the node is reported as e.g. 

<successful-report test='.' location='blort'/>
