In your contacts you can set a specific ringtone for each contact (different to 
the default ringtone). It would be nice if csipsimple would support these set 
ringtones (from Android´s phonebook / contacts).

Yes absolutely.
Was not implemented at first time because means to first make a search over 
contacts and then start ringing (which delay the start of the ringing). But I 
assume that's affordable since done by the android phone app.

Completed, see r178. Needs testing on old (pre SDK5) phones. Related to Issue 
129.
