What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Disable one account.
2.  Notice that other accounts have to reconnect.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ideally, status of accounts shouldn't impact each other.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
12-06, Froyo Nexus

Please provide any additional information below.
This may be related to issue 120.

Also sip connection always resets when you open csip.  Not sure if this is a 
feature or a bug?

Available since some versions but forgot to close the issue.
For reference -12-29 should be fine with that issue.
