csipsimple crashing when using native phone app #158

Noticed on nexus one froyo that csip fc'es after choosing sip client from menu 
when using native android phone app.

When I use csip dialer everything works well including first gen Jawbone 
Bluetooth headset.

Also, after csip crashing like stated above. Sometimes my nexus 1 is rebooting. 
This error happened as of vxxxx-21

You right! I totally missed that.
Big regression that I introduced fixing another bug... 
But now fixed and reviewed : see the attached version (not on download section 
since not yet tested on my 1.6 device).

Let me know if better.

(Good news about Jawbone BT headset! I'm not alone with a BT handset on which 
it works )
