No notifications on Chrome v.35.0.1916.153 #100

What version of Chrome are you using? On what operating system?
35.0.1916.153 / Windows 7

What client (version?) are you connecting to? Are you using SSL?
1.1.10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Locate the torrent I want to add.
2.Select "Add torrent to remote UI" by the addon either catching it or right 
clicking on the link and adding it manually. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Notification popup to let me know the torrent was added. 

No notification popup. The torrent is added like it should be. But even in the 
test mode the notification does not pop up at all. I am thinking it has 
something to do with my version of Chrome and the notification system changing. 
Nothing as far as the actual functionality of the extension is failing.

Solution found in Issue: 98 Answer: 14 fixes the problem.
