What version of Chrome are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome : 35.0.1916.153 m OS: windows 8.1 update 1
What client (version?) are you connecting to? Are you using SSL?
Client: v1.1.10: SSL: NO
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click "hit me" in settings: nothing
2.click on magnet link: nothing
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect notification
Nothing

Also i was using Vuze HTML web ui

There is a work around in Issue: 98 Answer: 14 that fixes the problem. I have 
been using this workaround for several days with no problems or issues with 
notifications working properly.
