chrome popup notifcation not working #106

What version of Chrome are you using? On what operating system?
Version 36.0.1985.125 m. OS windows 7 ultimate
What client (version?) are you connecting to? Are you using SSL?
uTorrent UI
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Popup is not working

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I usually see a popup after adding a torrent to my utorrent client.

It also doesn't pop up in the remote torrent adder options.
