Label/Directory interactivity box not displaying #116

What version of Chrome are you using? On what operating system?
39.0.2171.42 beta-m / Windows 8.1 / rta 1.2.1

What client (version?) are you connecting to? Are you using SSL?
rutorrent. Using SSL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click magnet link
2. Link is immediately being sent to torrent client.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should display the pop up allowing the path and label to be set

Forgot to add that I confirmed Label/Directory interactivity is checked in 
options
