Update readme: RST => MD #100

Changed ReSTructured text syntax to the MarkDown syntax that the .md extension suggests.

Just saw that you can't readily see the demo, which is a pity. :)

Ah - thanks!

Perhaps that is why it was an rst (i recently renamed it). Maybe i've just broken everything on pypi.python.org.

I'll cross that bridge when I release the next version...
