Update to curl 8.7.1 #557

Sadly, CI failure looks due to https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/13200 . It's already been fixed in master, we should wait for 8.7.2.

No new vulnerabilities https://curl.se/docs/vulnerabilities.html, looks not urgent to me
