@kami- is building a custom .dll extension for the db connection to remove the dependency on extdb3 and it's custom memory allocator and other weirdness.

[x] Refactor code to remove extdb3 and prep for custom extension calls
[x] Increase frequency of events and remove sqf event buffer (defer to extension buffer)
[x] Test new extension integration
