using STAR version 2.5.2b with parameters TK #1095

Some papers use STAR with parameters TK . But i cannt find the paremeter, can you tell me the function of "TK" Thanks!

I am not aware of "TK" parameters - could you quote directly from the paper?

no, I do not recall any TK parameters... maybe it some kind of abbreviation they used to denote a certain set of parameters? Probably best to ask the Authors.
