Sample tag demultiplexing #1554

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a way STARsolo can handle demultiplexing sample tags. I have 3 samples that have undergone cell hashing, where they have oligo-tagged antibodies then pooled into a single sample and analysed with the BD Rhapsody system. Any advice of how STARsolo can process this kind of sample? Or if there are any tools that can be used before or after STARsolo to obtain data that can be fed into Seurats hashing vignette (https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/hashing_vignette.html). I have used STARsolo with my other single samples and was happy with the result. I would like to be consistent with the tools I have used, so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Alana, STARsolo does not have this capability yet...
