Counts before collapsing and 5' end check #2160

Hi, I'm trying to get 2 parameters for QC analysis of my data set:

  1. How many reads I had before collapsing by UMIs.
  2. Is my read close to the 5' end of the transcript? I used a TSO based method and we want to make sure it preformed accurately. Thanks in advance!
