Run CiteSeq with Star Solo #885

Hi, I have a question, is it possible to run CiteSeq data with STAR solo?

Hi @shashj

it cannot yet do it out of the box, however, there might be a trick to make it works, similar to: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/rna-star/Y7NjjfALnGs/Of_6b8AxCAAJ If you can explain how the barcoded reads look like, I may be able to suggest a workaround.
