Paypal payment reply processing - register that a user has paid

As a user, I want to be able to pay to gain the RDL supporter title. The payment should be a paypal subscription and should continue each month if not canceled.. If canceled the subscription should run it's course for the present month and the title, along with the rights that come with it, should be suspended.

An RDL supporter has the following privileges on top of a non paying user:

• can upload and use an avatar image (functionality to be done)
• can create snips, fast caps, habits or materials in the Ideas module
• can leave references in the Ideas module
• can create proposals in the Improvements module
• can do pledges and votes in the improvements module

When a user has completed the PayPal subscription - that user has earned the RDL Supporter title for the duration that he or she keeps the subscription active. You can store the paypalid either in the user or in the title attached to the user.

The next task after you are done with the paypal subscription code is to link this code to the RDL supporter user title as follows:

• a user who is registered but is not an RDL supporter cannot create new content in the Ideas and Improvements modules (he can only create content in the Stories module). This means the user cannot create a snip, fastcap, material, habit, improvement or pledge and cannot leave references or votes on them. He can however create threads and posts and can add reputation on them. He can also view the Ideas and Improvements content.
• when a user tries a forbidden action a popup is presented inviting the user to become a RDL supporter. The same functionality can be accessed from the user profiles page.
• should a user choose to become an RDL supporter he or she does the subscription on paypal successfully - once the subscription is completed the Title and privileges of RDL supporter are granted to the user. This user can now create content and leave references and rep anywhere on the site, this user can also upload an avatar image to use on the site (upcoming development task).
• the RDL supporter title is active as long as the paid subscription is active. Should the user cancel the subscription on Paypal, the user will lose the title when his paid time expires ( please note the user will still have the title until the month that was paid for ends). Should a payment fail - we give the user a grace period of 7 days to renew the subscription afterwards the title is removed.
• all content the user created while having the RDL Supporter title will remain on the site as is but the user cannot edit the content that was left in the paid areas.

I think this actions will need to manually checked the UserBean. See if the user is an RDL Supporter or not. PayPal Subsciptions has nothing todo with the logic of the actions.
