Added podspec to CocoaPods #11

Did you want to create the pull request/issue on CocoaPods/Specs to add this to the list? Or would you like me to go ahead with it?

AFAIK the project isn't in CocoaPods yet. Should I go ahead and push it? I've also created a pull request to make the podspec more CocoaPods-friendly here: https://github.com/alexdrone/ios-realtimeblur/pull/32

Unable to find a specification for ios-realtimeblur. Does anyone have the same problem?

I didn't actually get around to adding the spec to CocoaPods.
