OLD Refactoring #3

labels of plots were adapted in function plot iterates. Latex interpretation of labels is implemented.

Unit test were cleaned up. Examples are loaded and applied in the script OptProbsTest. Tests can be run with command runtests. Convergence rates were adapted such that the tests run without issues. Please reconsider the Rastrigin example.
