Check naming conventions #32

I would suggest to use the following naming conventions:

CamelCase
verbs for functions (i.e. what they do)
underscores only in function names
start with double letters for cells collecting local quantities (e.g. ffi, hhi etc)
be consistent with variables names from papers if possible

--> Sould all be checked
