Summary of changes

New tools introduction:

• GCLI: gitlab/github command-line client;
• SANDBOX: acr_ed sandbox function promoted to separate tool;
• SSIMFILT: ssim filtering and formatting;
• ABT_MD: atf_ci readme function promoted to separate tool, integrated with SANDBOX.

Tools removal:

• GITLAB tool has been removed in favor of GCLI;
• NTUP has been removed in favor of SSIMFILT.

Rework command line subsystem:

• remove Argtuple - make ReadArgv directly generated by AMC;
• multi-option - Tary or Inlary command arg (named option and anon);
• command arg alias - reftype Alias;
• standard args are inherited via dmmeta.fcmdline.basecmdline;
• rewrite acr_compl - anon completion, mandadory args offered first, enum support, do not break on broken schema.

Arrange copyright and license:

• Move license from target to namespace;
• scriptfile: add license field;
• SRC_HDR: support copyrights/headers in scriptfiles.

Live readme examples:

• readme examples updated with inline command;
• dev.readme, abt_md: add sandbox flag;
• filter to to stabilize subcommand output.

Other changes:

• AMC: generate bitcurs for bitsets;
• AMC: dynamic Fbuf support;
• AMC: support of non-C++ namespaces (dmmeta.nscpp);
• Sep_curs - string char-separator cursor;
• ATF_CI: ssimfs - bidirectional match between ssim records and filesystem;
• ACR - print sample tuple when editing;
• ATF_FUZZ, AMC_GC: use sandbox
• ACR_MY improvement.
