[App] openfaas mqtt-connector #120

We should have an app to install the mqtt-connector for openfaas which enables functions to be fired off in response to IoT events -> https://github.com/openfaas-incubator/mqtt-connector

It was recently merged into the faas-netes chart repo -> https://github.com/openfaas/faas-netes/pull/643

I can take a look ad adding this to arkade, Ill use the new style that was brought in as part of the Loki app and iterate improvements on that style if needed too.
