Description

Have Derek show a link for changes between releases on auto-generated release notes.

How Has This Been Tested?

built derek and push to my public openfaas deployment
configured two repositories

testing with a previous release: https://github.com/cpanato/testing-ci-providers/releases/tag/v0.0.55
testing with no previous releases: https://github.com/cpanato/temporary-playground/releases/tag/0.0.11
