I know you're not keen on the idea of a tunnel or hosting something on your own networrk, but if you like, you could do a periodic git commit / push of an image to a git repo. GitHub Pages would publish periodically and that might be a fun thing to document / share, if you're up for it?

Already planning something in that area, takes me a while as I don't have a massive amount of free time these days.
