Some improvements on the implementation of the get_ucap() and get_erpcore() functions:
Offline mode: If all requested files exist locally, the fetcher will return their file paths without needing Internet access (useful, e.g., in HPC batch jobs without internet access)
New path argument to tell the function where to download the data to (default is still the local cache)
New participants argument (formerly n_participants) to specify either the number of participants to download (as an integer) or which specific participants to download (as a list of participant IDs) (default is still to download all participants)
