Add AIML Chatbot #17

There is AIML command but it doesn't activate bot to chat. I would suggest to 
add AIML alice bot so that bot can chat in chat-room with users.

Thanks you for your siggestion.
The AIML is now locked because it use a lot or memmory (above 100mb). 
I want to optimize the AIML library and unlock it in Pako (or develop own 
library, may be).
This will be done some later.
