error compile Mono.Data.SqliteClient #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- "make" command
- 1.make 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Error compile with output Metadata file `Mono.Data.SqliteClient' could not be 
found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- DISTRIB_CODENAME=oneiric
- DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 11.10"
- chandra@chandra-aspire-4741:~$ uname -a
- Linux chandra-aspire-4741 3.0.0-16-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP Tue Feb 14 12:49:42 
UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
- Suggestion copy bin/Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll to 
lib/Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll
- edit Makefile and state there "Mono.Data.SqliteClient" to 
"lib/Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll"

to alexey and klichuck, plz improve the Makefile to be able the Make file 
compatible on widely *NIX environment
