Action export is broken

I looked into animation glitches and here're my findings:

• In blender bones might not be connected tightly (i.e. head of a child is not in the same place with tail of a parent), in this case we can't do 1-1 mapping between blender bones and cal3d bones, helper bones need to be created to preserve real bones translations - this is important when it comes to animation
• If I got it right blender assumes that rotation keyframes are also applied to translations. Let M be original orientation (3x3 matrix), T - original translation (vector), R - rotation in a keyframe in the bonespace (3x3 matrix) v - affected vertex (vector) Exporter assumes that resulting transformation will be MRv + T and that worked finely with multiple cal3d bones per blender bone. In case we do 1-1 mapping, the transformation has to be MRv + RT.

I will make these changes and see if it fixes things.

Commited itermediate results. Box guy (http://e2-productions.com/repository/modules/PDdownloads/singlefile.php?cid=2&lid=178) animation is exported ok, zombie still has glitches (http://opengameart.org/content/zombie-0).

Ok! Please try the latest commit (b50bce3a06), I believe I fixed action export completely.
