Target .net standard in staid of 4.xx #4

Your nuget can't be used on Xamarin Android and iOS projects because it targets .net 4.5.2. I've tested locally on my pc and your code compiles with .net standard. Can you target .net standard and update the nuget. In this way it can be used int Xamarin Android and iOS projects.
