Pop up boxes informing the students the number of questions they have at Intermediate level needs to be expanded #126

I'm not sure what's causing it but the number of questions in Intermediate did not appear for Linkage Institutions. However, this was not an issue in Civil Rights and Liberties. Not sure if it's because Linkage Institutions had a mastered section or if the size of the Intermediate box is not global.

TJ can you please find a way to recreate this?

If you log on with the joe@google.com account (password: mike) you can see the issue. Just mouse over intermediate on Public Policy, Linkage Institutions, or Political Beliefs and Behaviors.
