Missed question doesn't track on dashboard #163

Missed questions do not seem to be tracking. I created new accounts, joined a new teacher and missed questions. Missed question table still says 0 misses for all questions.

Logged in as tjstudent and missed the question below in public policy.

This is tied to the tjtest account who is a teacher. I refreshed the browser and the question did not appear in the top ten list. I also logged out and logged back in and it still did not appear.
