Create user UX for user settings #63

We need to define the layout and user experience for editing and updating setttings. @clancym86 can you please define a set of user settings that we need to have per user.

I can create the UX, but ideally students should be able to reset data, drop a class, change their name, and reset their password. Dropping a class and resetting data is probably not necessary for beta, but students should be able to change their name and password.
