Create UX for category drill down view #82

Hey Clancy,

We need a layout for what happens when the user clicks on a category.

When a teacher clicks on a category graph, the student performance list will change to reflect that category. It doesn't need to take them to a new page. It would be better if it stays on the dashboard so that they can then change the missed question bar to reflect that category.
