Create UX for listing students and what happens when you click on a students name #83

Hey Clancy,

We need UX for what happens when we click on a students name. This can be the same as teh views we have on the teache dashboards.

So essentially we are taking the top 10 questions list function and applying it to an individual student. Rather that being just top 10, you can list them all in order of most missed, but only display them 10 at a time. Also the students graphs should appear. screen shot 2016-01-09 at 2 56 41 pm
